A petroleum sector expert on Nigerian Petroleum Policies and Regulations (PPR), Petroleum Industry Bill (PIA), all regulatory framework.
Joe previously served as the Chairman, Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) , Nigeria Sector and has held workshops, talks and various interviews on the Petroleum Industry Bill, regulations & stakeholders within the petroleum sector.
Joseph started his technical career with ExxonMobil as a Snr Reservoir Engineer, prepared and executed field development plans
Joe holds a BSc in Petroleum Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO), Nigeria.
